Return and Refund Policies

At Kind Fangs, all products are made to order, created especially for you after a purchase is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect color selection

  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Please double-check size charts and product details before placing your order.


Refunds & Replacements

Approved refunds or replacements do not require the item to be returned.
Please do not send items back unless we specifically request it after reviewing your case.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

However, this right does not apply to items that are made to order or custom-printed, which includes all Kind Fangs products.

For EU orders, cancellations and returns are therefore only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
